        Uno Chicago Grill is a restaurant chain with more than 200 franchises in the United States, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, South Korea and the United Arab Emirates. Formerly known as Pizzeria Uno, the Boston-headquartered restaurant is part of the Uno Restaurant Holdings Corporation. It has expanded its menu to include steaks, seafood, pasta, ribs, appetizers and desserts to complement its featured Chicago deep-dish pizza. In 2004, Uno Chicago Grill won the award for best franchise in its category from Entrepreneur Magazine. URHC maintains a consumer food division that supplies airlines, movie theaters, hotel restaurants and supermarkets with frozen and refrigerated foods and Uno brand products. The Uno Chicago Grill in West Roxbury, Mass., represents one of the 32 states where the franchise has a presence.
