I have going to this practice for over 15 years. After visiting several before, THIS office was the ONLY one to not only identify the issue but treat it amazingly! I won't go anywhere else and I recommend it highly

Don't waste your time. There are a limited number of doctos there. The rest are nurses and/or practitioner and forget about getting an evening appt with a doctor. They don't work the late hours.



My son has been going there for 2 years and he's still having issues. We even changed nurses within the practice to see if we could get better results.



After 2 years and mixed results, we decide to seek another practice with an actual doctor.



After scheduling an appt somewhere else, I requested my son's medical records 2-3 weeks before his appt.



Good thing becuase I as told it takes about 2 weeks to receive the records. They sent me an authorization form which I mailed back the next day. I called them a few days later to make sure they received the form. They did.



This is now a little more than a week before my son's appt. I was told by the receptionist that she would mail them out on Fri and I should receive them by Mon or Tue. I hadn't received them by Tue so I called again.



I was told they had no yet been mailed and she would mail them right away. Today is now Thurs (the day of my son's appt) and I still haven't received the records.



I called a few minutes ago asking if they could be faxed and I was told they couldn't because I asked them to be mailed. She then had the nerve to tell me that it was a 2 week process. I informed her I DID contact her over 2 weeks ago.



My only conclusion is laziness on their part or they delayed in desperate hopes I would stay with their practice. I'm thinking it's laziness because they wouldn't even fax them after all their delays because "I asked them to be mailed". REALLY????



Don't waste your time. Poor results and horrible customer service. I'm happy to be rid of them.
