        DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Our experience was completely terrible. After ordering a restroom trailer from Rentals To Go, the wedding was cancelled and the services were no longer needed. When we called to cancel, we were passed through 3 people in the office, each time being told that we needed to talk to another "manager". Trudy stated that we could cancel but we needed to speak to Robin about a refund. Robin stated that Trudy handled refunds and that we needed to speak to her. Then, when they were done dealing with us, we were placed on hold and a man rudely came on the line and explained that we were only getting half of the $850 paid back. There was nothing in a contract that stated this cancellation policy. Unfortunately for this company, our credit card company has refunded our money and issued a dispute against them. Also, we have gladly reported their business practices to the BBB so that they can't continue taking advantage of their customers.
