Okay I've had enough of these people! So much so my lawyer and I are going to be moving forward with a malpractice suit. I had brought my dog bailee into have her eye examined, because she had a hard lump under her eye. Dr. solder said her eye was normal and what I was feeling was her cheek bone. well 2 days later her eye is so swollen she can' barely see out of it. I paid 260 bucks for this visit. I will do everything in my power to ensure they lose their accreditation. Not only that, but three months ago my puppy was hit by a car. Spent all day there. They sent her home after paying almost 300 bucks. For her to hemorrhage right before our eyes 30 mins after getting home. They knew my dog was dying and didn't say anything! Other then she would be sore. I lost a fur baby that day. watched the blood pour from her mouth along with the rest of my family. We will forever be scarred by this. So NO, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. unless you are looking to have your dog or cat suffer more then they have to. I'm suing for malpractice along with pain and suffering on my dogs behalf.

Our family has always been happy with the service at Pet Street Station, all of our animals have been treated by them through the years, through checkups, boosters, to their end of time with us on Earth. The staff and Dr. King and Cruz are all very kind and professional, and compassionate, during the times we have had animals who have been put to sleep because of old age/medical issues. I am sorry to read the other review, because it seems very atypical, and far from our family's experience with the hospital. Best wishes.

Provided by SuperpagesKilled my cat They said they had no openings, but if we paid for boarding, they look at our cat if they had time. We dropped her off, and a few hours later they called and said they'd run a bunch of tests and she had a UTI. They charged us $300, gave her no fluids or anything, sent her home with some medicine. She never improved and died the next day in pain. When they open again in two days I'm going down there to raise holy hell. Watch for an update.

Had to call after hours, my daughters dog got loose and was hit by a car. The vet on call said he was done in 10 minutes and couldn't help because he wasn't going out again and said to take him to Cornell. The vet was only 10 minutes away and wouldn't even look at him. NOT HAPPY AT ALL
