My husband and I just found them via the internet and called them. They made an appointment to take a look at our car and actually fixed it in a short amount of time. They were able to salvage the 02 sensor which would have added cost. In addition to a very fair price we were quoted, we were driven to our home where we relaxed in the comfort of our own house. We rate the entire experience 100% across the board! Kind, courteous, sincere, fair price, promptness, quality of work, and even some great humor at the front desk.

I found Quercias by word of mouth because I have a high roof van, and most shops do not have overhead doors and a lift which can accommodate this vehicle. Then I found out that they have much more than that .... top notch service plus customer care along with reasonable rates. I ended up with a front end alignment which cost less than their competitors, and they fixed a difficult issue with my right front wheel which two previous shops diagnosed, but were unable to repair.
