A-Z Pawn

Awful service, incredibly rude, and shady. I have been called vulgar names by employees, ( in front of the boss who did nothing about it) they have never smiled once that I have seen no matter how nice you are to them even if you are buying something. I was in there one day and a man can in saying something was his and it was stolen and asked if they had another item of his that was stolen, I was there the day before and saw the item on the sales floor. They clamed they had not had one of those items in months. On top of all that when I went to get a loan I told them I would not take less then a certain amount they said that was ok, when they printed out the pawn ticket for me to sign it was less money then we agreed upon, they were banking on me not reading it before I signed it. they claimed that it was me who was mistaken used a politically incorrect term for mentally handicapped people towards me then proceeded to threaten me and scold me as if I were a child. They are downright dirty, unkind, shady individuals who should not be delt with unless you are desperate for cash and are willing to get about ten percent or less of what your items worth with terrible service

I never had any issues with the guys at AZ. They have been more then fair with me. There has been times I was late for my payment and they always held it for me. you left 2 reviews and they were both about pawn shops in Norwich at the same time... do you work for another shop. Very unprofessional, shady etc. Grow up.

I will never go there again. Very unprofessional, basically had a vocabulary of a 15 year old teenager. I could not believe how I was treated and the language that was used. There was no reason at all for this kind of behavior. I wish that I wrote this man name down. He had no social skills what so ever. I couldn't believe they allow this man to carrier a firearm. Do your self a favor, don't go here.
