Sullivan Tire Co Inc

I highly recommend Sullivan Tire for their Customer Service and excellent service. I scheduled an oil change at the Braintree location because it was close to my place of business and when checking in my car I asked about the latch on the hatch back door which was broken. I wanted it fixed asap so that I could visit the garden centers for my spring yard supplies. Brian, the manager, assured me that they could fix the latch and said that he would order the part from Mazda and have it done in time to drive it home after work. I was very angry to receive his call letting me know that the truck delivering the parts to the Mazda dealership had experienced an accident and the part would be delayed in getting to Sullivan Tire. Brian assured me that it could be fixed the next day. Reluctantly I agreed to pick up my car and return it the next day. I was getting increasingly annoyed when the following day the part was not delivered to Sullivan Tire. It was a Friday and I wanted to be able to visit the garden supplies stores over the weekend and stock up. FINALLY at 3pm the part was at the dealers. Brian sent his van driver to pick it up and had the repair made by the time I got out of work. Sullivan Tire came through for me and I am grateful to have such a reputable business servicing my vehicle.
