this place denied my dying mother a hospital bed when her doctor wrote a prescription for it. a doctors written prescription is all that is required for durable medical equipment under the rules of medicare. they said medicare's rules made no difference to them, that she had to qualify under their rules-which she did not. she could have got it the 17th of dec 2010, if they would have followed the law. instead, she got one the 14th of dec from dasco in ashland, they were dumbfounded about k-w. she passed away the 17th. she could have had one for 4 more days if not for kaiser wells. maybe if you had just 1 hour to live you would meet their qualifications. people should refuse to do business with them and run them out of business
