Unhappy. I paid for the Super Interior. I had sand in the car from the beach. I asked if they could vacuum this for me and was told I needed to purchase the Super Interior. I wasn't happy with their job. Sand was still all over the seats and floor. I complained and was told I needed to purchase the Carpet Express. I paid and when they were done, sand was still visible in both the carpet and the seats. I complained again and was left standing and waiting for ever. They went over the seats again vacuuming only. I still wasn't happy and I was out of time. Total time there was an hour and 15 minutes; total time working on the car including all three attempts was 30 to 35 minutes. They should have told me up front they could not do the job. I drove home and used my home vacuum to vacuum seats and carpet. It all came out in 20 minutes work. I feel cheated. According to their web site I should have had the carpet cleaned and it says deep embedded dirt removed. They didn't do this and acted ba
