Norwalk Towing

On a very busy post blizzard day, my husband's car wouldn't start. There were many cars needing to be towed that day and Jon was pleasant and courteous over the phone. He arrived (understandably) quite a bit later than he had said. His priority was pulling stranded cars out of snow banks. It was a very simple fix (not a jump) that took no more than 30 seconds. Because he wasn't as prompt as he would have liked and since it was so simple he charged me NOTHING. Wouldn't take a penny. He seems like one of the good ones. Keeping his number in my car for sure!!!!

My son and I used Norwalk towing last night and the owner, Jon was so courteous and

quick in returning our call for service. He was on time and did an excellent job in

delivering our car. His rates were so reasonable, but most of all he was the nice and

friendly. Thank you so much Jon and I would recommend your service to anyone I
