        Overall

        Waited forever for help. One doctor, no nurse. I paid them my co-pay. 6 months later they send me a bill saying no payment? And a bogus service date! What? And to top it off, they mailed it to the wrong address, not even mine. Post office sent it back to them, then they sent it to me. Took another 2 months! Not only are they understaffed they are inadequately staffed!! I don't know what else to tell you... I am not going there again.
