Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I rated one star as there is nothing lower! Spent 20 minutes and multiple ties to get my order correct plus a return trip to the restaurant. I still left with my order incorrect and half of it was stone cold! When I called to find out when the general manager would be in so that I could talk about my experience the person on the phone was extremely rude, I had to pry the information out of her and when I asked her name she refused to give me her name, then slammed the phone down. They were also out of many choices listed on their menu.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I didn't even want to give it one star. They should really hire people with some people skills. The girl taking our order was extremely rude. Pop machine was out but didn't bother to tell us until we ordered and already paid for our meal. So we had a variety of options, water or tea....... it also took about 20 minutes to get our order and it wasn't even busy!!! I have never been to a Popeyes, and will NEVER go back to one again. Shame too, because the food wasn't bad.....

we live 50 miles from Norton shores....we get the order home and NO fries....and the 3 piece meal was 1 thigh and 4 wings!!!!......pay attention employees!!!!!!!

Not worth the long wait. No taste and very greasy.
