If you want a pleasant experience picking out your wedding dress then DO NOT GO HERE! I bought my wedding dress here and on my first appointment one of the women that worked there was VERY rude to my sister and I, to the point that we were just going to leave with out having seen anything yet. Thankfully the women that was going to be taking care of us, Theresa, came over to us just as we were about to walk out the door and talked us into staying. From then on we only dealt with Theresa. My sister is getting married in September and decided to go there for her wedding dress because of how much we loved Theresa. Unfortunately she as well had an AWFUL experience with any other employee there including the OWNER! She just went to pick up her dress the other day excited because she had lost weight and left in tears because the owner and another employee were soooo RUDE to her! I would say if you HAVE to go there then the ONLY person you should see is Theresa. She is extremely kind, patient and understanding. She truly has a beautiful soul. I myself will never go there again and always steer other people away from going there.

I visited Elizabeth's Bridal recently looking for a bridal gown for my May wedding. Wow, this was a great experience. The sales person was so friendly and helpful, not pushy and very patient. I was able to try on a number of gowns and I noticed they had a variety of price ranges which really helped with my budget. My mom liked it too, and they had some beautiful gowns for her as well.

I am planning on ordering my gown next month from Elizabeth's and highly recommend it to you.
