Taqueria El Rincon

Authentic Mexican food (like they make in Mexico) NOT like American-type Mexican food (ala Taco Bell, Taco Casa, & Jalepenos.) Small "mom & pop"small storefront restaurant located in the Northport K-Mart shopping plaza.



Very good, delicous, freshly made dishes. Good, friendly, attentive servers and waiters. (I'm not sure if they all speak English, though, but you can still point to the menu items because they are all written in English.) I was pleasantly surprised they have the Mexican soft drink "Sangria Senorial" (which tastes sort of like a non-alcoholic grape wine) served in a 12 oz. glass bottle (like Coke & Pepsi used to use until America was "forced" to go metric!)



Their table salsa and chips (gratis with meals) are wonderful, whetting your appetite. The salsa has just the right amount of heat, without being painful.



Very good enchiladas, tacos, tostadas, fajitas, etc. Take your mouth on a quick trip to Mexico!
