Burger King

If I could rate them 0 stars I would. The customer service is simply aweful. They don't greet you nicely at all. They are slow to moke your food. They make you pull up to wait 5-20 to get messy food. They are never fully stocked. I went they and have had problems 95% off the times. "we are out of cheeseburger meat" "we dont have large cups" "what you wanna order" "we are out of pie" "we dont have to wear gloves" I am so disturbered with their poor customer service its rediculous.

I've visited this burger king location several times, and recently have become very dissatisified with the service. My husband purchased our dinner tonight when he arrived home or onion rings were cold/hard and appeared to have been sitting in the fry bin for several hours. Our hamburgers were cold and the bread was hard. My husband called back to report the above findings to the manager who in return replied "what do you want me to do about it" with little concern at all. When I returned the order to have it freshly prepared the cashier rolled her eyes at me didn't greet me or apologize. The cashier had me pull to the side(out of the drive-thru line) wait an additional 7 mins for another poor order. When I returned home after the 2nd visit it appeared they re-wrapped the same burgers and re-heated the onion rings in old cooking oil. PLEASE PLEASE!!! DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE FOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
