Wells Fargo Home Mortgage

Gregory Parker and the Wells Fargo finance department is too incompetent to tell the difference between net income and TAXABLE income, our application to refinance our home was rejected. I netted $91,000 last year. We have never been late on a payment. There is no reason this decision should have been made the way it was other than gross incompetence on the part of Wells Fargo. Their "Loan Tracker" system is not in the least bit astute, their system of asking for information is completely infuriating and frankly, Wells Fargo has made this entire experience awful. This entire process has been farcically mishandled.

I will be looking to find a less obtuse company with which to do business and will take our home loan away from Wells Fargo as soon as I can. That will cost Wells Fargo nearly $200,000 in interest even though we are well more than financially qualified to do the refinance. It would make me laugh if it were not so infuriating.
