(If it was possible I would give negative 5 stars on their professionalism) Great surgeons, but when you have an emergency they may not call you back or the receptionists may refuse to make an appointment for you. It happened to me, then my infection turned dangerous and I had to go to the ER and was told had I waited I could've had permanent damage done to my heart. I made sure to call the practice every day and leave a message saying I needed to speak to my Doctor Who was specifically Dr. Nickel... I tried for days and was told daily by the staff that he was given every message I left and he never called me. I finally found out it was because I had an infection prior to this one and he didn't believe that I could have gotten another one and intentionally didn't call and ignored me. The receptionist I spoke to last actually admitted that to me. I could have actually died, and they refused to see me or even speak to me.
