I wanted to express my appreciation for all the hard work Global Resources and Christine put in with us this past month. I was initially overwhelmed with all the information and training they provided. But after the first few days me and my team adapted and the rest is history. After the first couple of weeks we felt good about our decision to being Christine and her team in. The most helpful exercise was most definitely the blood wall exercise. It was both eye opening and informative and I feel like we now have a better grasp of how our company operates and what we can do to improve it.

As a new business owner in a crowded industry, I appreciate innovation and forward-thinking approaches. Global Resources impressed me with their fresh ideas and digital marketing skills. Sean and his team have been instrumental in our turn around. It has not always been easy and at times I was frustrated with the whole process but in the end the results were worth it. I can not argue with their tactics as in our case it was just what we needed. They worked well with our team and over the course of two months they were able to help us revamp both our sales and forecasting processes. This was a big deal because over the last few years we have become less competitive. We were losing market share to smaller newer companies. After a trying 2022 we dedicated ourselves to solving some of the issues that have been hounding us for the last few years. We made a lot of operational decisions because of the pandemic and we were having issues rolling them back.
