        Great Workout, Great Trainer

        Best place and affordable place to get that body into shape. I had a personal trainer Tony, I feel is one of the best trainers there, they are all good trainers though. They know their Fitness and they don't make you feel like a fitness loser. I reccommend them to anyone who needs or wants to get themselves into better shape. I did with this place and my Great Trainer in just 6 Months now all I need is to maintain it.. Thanks Tony and Fitness 19 for giving me my life back, and taking over 50 lbs off my frame.All the people I have met there are very friendly too.
