Teapot Restaurant

I picked up my fried rice rice and it had large chunks of hard uncooked rice in it., was very unpleasant tasting. when I called and asked for a new one, and the manager was not only extremely rude and shouting over the phone, but refused to give me a new one or refund my money. Horrible customer service!

I love this place for great food and service. I usually take their sashimi deluxe and it can't be better...the fish is fresh and tasteful; they also serve it with tuna roll. And I can tell the quality of Japanese place by 2 things...sashimi and simple salmon or tuna roll...so both of these is perfect in Teapot.

Best Chinese/ Japanese Food in Northampton ! The best Chinese/Japanese food serving the local area. It's really delicious! The food is great. I love it. I get excited every time I go there because it's so good. Everyone should give it a try. I'm Chinese and Japanese food rocks! PS: Try the Pink lady roll and General Tso’s chinken there and you'll be hooked like us.

This is the best place in town for a great evening with friends, family & cousins!! The wait staff is extremely cordial! What is really special about Tea Pot is that you never feel rushed out. We have spent many evenings when the waitstaff has gone home, the owner overseeing our giggles as we continue our chatter over water - long after the bill has been paid. You can't complain about happiness!

This is my favorite Japanese restaurant in MASS. Nice place to get some fresh sushi and udon. Their sashimi is very fresh and cut nicely. They also serve the best miso soup. They also have tasty chicken teriyaki, and unagi box or una-don. The employees and the managers were very nice. All in all, I would recommend other peeps to try this place out when they're looking for a good sushi restaurant to eat out.
