Salon Herdis

I have gone to Salon Herdis about 5 times this year and after my last appointment I will never go back. They are consistently overbooked. They probably only allow 15 minutes for you personally before they plan on another customer being there. The result -- your hair gets worked on slowly and by many different people. There is a lot of waiting around. This is usually not too bad because the people are friendly, however, they are not terribly experienced. Today, they accidentally dyed my hair the wrong color. I have been getting my hair colored for over 6 years and this is the first time it has ever happened. I still don't understand. I discussed what I wanted with the stylist, she came out with something different and starting putting on my head as she was explaining it to me. I had no choice but to accept what she was doing -- the result was disasterous. They (my stylist had to call in some other people to help her) were able to correct it a bit so I no longer look I used neon highlighters to color my hair, but the process took over 4 hours, it really damaged my hair, and it doesn't look nearly as good as it usually does. Also, she spilled dye on my shirt and completely ruined it. She took the money off of my bill, but considering that the whole process took 2.5 hours too long, ended with my hair being not what I wanted, and destroyed one of my favorite shirts, I really should not have had to pay anything. I've never been so unhappy with my hair in my life and I have been crying about it all day. I would not wish salon herdis on my worst enemy.
