Richard Waltling Plumbing-Htg

Paid up front to have a water heater installed, was supposed to be at my home at 8 am, shows up at 4pm and doesnt even begin install! Said he would come in early the next day. Took time off work and called at 7am to remind him, no answer. Waited till 11am ( He said early right?) never showed! This is deffinitely not the way to get reccommendations or repeat business. I would've paid triple had I known the service would be this awful.
