It maintains a more than 40,000-square-foot facility that includes over 15 service bays. The dealership is one of the largest, family-owned recreational vehicle centers in western New York. Colton RV offers vehicles from various manufacturers, such as Tiffin Motorhomes, Winnebago Industries, Forest River and Keystone RV. It operates a service department that provides various appliance check, generator oil change, roof inspection, and other repair and maintenance services. Great place! Great people! Great service! We are on our 4th camper through Colton RV & love it!
I purchased a 62k unit and regret every minute I'm currently on month 7 in repairs and no end in sight the lies started in sales from Craig and now Jeff in service I have proof of all conversations and there caught up in lies to a point they don't even remember the previous conversation ! I just want it fixed before they go bankrupt I'm not the only dissatisfied customer there is a long line !!!! Run far away and save the disgust , buy elsewhere !!!!
Outstanding service! Highly recommend Colton! Our experiences with Colton RV in North Tonawanda NY have been outstanding. Steve, Joe, Shawn, Binoy, the entire crew...everyone has been helpful and professional. We bought a fifth wheel in February 2013 and took delivery in April 2013. We received a very fair price on our trade-in. A few minor issues with the fifth wheel were taken care of immediately. Steve the manager is on top of everything, treating us well and ensuring that we get everything we need.. Joe S is really great. He did our walk-through and was very knowledgeable. We saw Joe again when we took the trailer in for service recently. Again, he gave us his undivided attention and provided advice on a few things that we didn't realize we needed. We highly recommend Colton RV.
The best customer service I have ever had. Are salesman Dan Brandel was very professional and answer all of are questions when we decidied to purchase are 2013 Coachman Mirada. Ron Pingrey (the mayor) was fun when it came time to wheel and deal. Binoy George was very helpful finding us the lowest interest rate which help lower are payments. Making this big of a purchase was very stressful and I have no doubt I got the best price for my trade in plus the purchase price for the new one. The Colton RV center let us spend the night at their camp site so we could unload are used rv and reload the new one. Ed explain everything on the new 2013 so we understood what everything did. I would recommend Colton Rv to my friends and would go back again just for the wonderful customer service. Thank you Dan and Ron. You are best
