Fergerson Funeral Home, Inc. was in charge of my mom's funeral! I can't thank them enough for making this experience easier and special for us. Pat took care of us from the moment we walked in the door. Two hours after my mom passed we walked in to Fergerson and Pat was so kind and was very helpful. She spent 3 to 4 hours with us helping us to make all the arrangements and explaining everything, every step of the way. Pat and her family helped to make the calling hours run smoothly and she helped to make sure that all our family members were doing ok. They displayed the same caring professional service for my mom's memorial service today. She came up to us and explained everything that would be happening today and made sure that everything ran smoothly at the church and the cemetery! Exceptional personal service. Very caring and concerned. Knows the funeral business exceptionally well and knows the "system" when it comes to dealing with "City Hall", hospitals, doctors, newspapers, florists, clergy, cemeteries, etc. Fergerson's took care of the little details so that we could concentrate on family and dealing with our grief. I can't imagine doing business with any other funeral home.

They treated us like we were part of their family. They helped us through our loss. We can't thank them enough.
