Waste Haulers

Absolutely horrible company to work with. They miss weekly pick-ups and when you call to complain they tell you they have GPS on their trucks and they stopped at your location. In general, every person I have talked to has been rude or accusatory.



They also make you sign a 3-year contract, so you can't easily cancel their crappy service. Paying over $500.00 to get out of their contract has definitely been worth it, as I no longer have to deal with the struggle of making sure the trash is picked up on a weekly basis.



The new company I switched to did not require any contract, we have not had any problems with them, and their customer service is excellent.



If you can, do a little research before choosing a waste disposal company. Any of them have to be better than Waste Haulers.
