Ray Johnson Septic Service & Repair

I called on a Saturday. Called me back Sunday said he would be out Wednesday between. 9 and 10 am. I had someone waiting at my home for him to show up. They called from home said he hadn't shown by 10. I called his office got answering machine. Called me later at about 2 pm asked how he could help me. I said I thought we had an appointment today. He said we were there but your drive is to steep and we wont run the pipe behind the house on hill to do the tank. I have driven tractor trailer for 31 years and have backed down steeper grades. A phone call saying we are afraid to back down there would of been nice! I told them I had another company back down there for years but he was highly recommended. He told me go get the other company! Very pompous individual with a very poor business manner.

We've used Ray Johnson for 11 years now, I wouldn't think of going to any other Septic Service Co. Ray is honest, efficient, and extremely personable. I have had to call him late on a weekend and instead of trying to charge me a service call he talked me through the issue and assessed it over the phone, I've unfortunately had to do this a few times, every time he took the time to listen and figure out what the problem was. He also takes the time to explain when and why something goes bad, no BS he is straight forward and to the point, I knew exactly what was going on. Another great point, No hidden or unexpected costs, when he quotes you a price you can pretty much bank on that. Now as a realtor I recommend him to all my clients that have a septic on their property.

I have used Ray Johnson for years. I cannot say enough good about them. I was a single mom on my own and he has helped me out many times. He does a great job and is a very good man.

We called them up and they were able to schedule service for us the very next day. Called before the appointment to confirm the time. They were on time and got right to work. Took the time to recommend a few things to maintain our septic system.... didn't try and sell us unnecessary services. Lowest price in town...Great service.
