I have always had 5 star service with Raven. Vicki is great. She has always been very accommodating and their products are the best of their kind that I know of. I really like their concepts in design.

Had a great experience ordering a holster for an upcoming class. Needed it in three days so I called them up. Very polite and order went off without a hitch. Arrived in one day (I'm local.) Holster seemed a little tight at first but I just had to get used to it. Have to admit the price is high BUT as their website states they are fully made in America with American labor, American materials and American tools. Quality was outstanding so I'll suck up the few extra dollars I spent knowing it will last for years and the money stayed at home.



No reservations recommending Raven holsters to anyone.

Poor customer service

Very poor customer service from Cayla.



Received an e-mail from RCS about an accessory I left in my shopping cart. The link in this e-mail took me back to my shopping cart to finish my order with free shipping.



The next morning Cayla e-mails me to inform that the shopping cart was wrong and my order was cancelled. We went back and forth over several e-mails about the shipping charge that I was being accessed with no resolution.



Thank you Cayla for creating a detractor with me. I will now be ordering from another company.
