Manuel Used Cars

I took my truck up to Manuel, to trade it in. They gave me more then I was expecting and I drove off in a new Sonata. I'm really looking forward the money will save on gas. I will not have to spend a hundred on a tank of gas ever agian!

I recently purchased a vehicle from Manuel. The process was quick and hassle free. I was extremely pleased with the customer service and honesty of the dealer. Manuel even gave me an extended warranty on the vehicle. I was pleased with the process and will purchase my next vehicle through Manuel.

We bought a car from Manuel last year, and purchased the extended warranty through the dealership. Recently we had a repair issue that needed to be addressed. The warranty company agreed it was covered, but said we owed a deductible. I checked the paperwork from Manuel and the deductible space had "N/A" typed into it. I faxed it to the warranty company. They said Manuel had marked it out after we signed the contract and wrote in a deductible amount. I called Manuel to resolve the issue, and they got very defensive and would not work with us. It was a classic example of unethical slight-of-hand by a shady dealership. We paid for the top-of-the-line warranty to avoid a deductible, and after we signed and left, they changed it and sent it in. I recommend taking your business somewhere else.
