        Overall

        I was alittle apprehensive as I've had bad experiences with hotels before. However, I was astonished at the cleanliness and professionalism as soon as I entered the lobby! I was immediately greeted and checked in within minutes. I was asked if I needed help to my room. The room was incredible. So clean and smelled very fresh. There's nothing like the SMELL of freshness! Especially knowing you are sleeping there. I give this hotel 5 thumbs up! They did an amazing job. Even recommended great places to eat (which turned out to be wonderful!). We went to Conch Republic for lunch and it was SO GOOD! Also, went to Villa Gallacia for dinner. Great food and decent prices. Will definitely be returning to Doubletree! I read tons of reviews before booking and a lot of people said it was really noisy. I have to say, our room was 517 and we were RIGHT ABOVE the pool/tiki bar. It was not noisy at all. However we did stay on a weeknight, not the weekend. But I loved it.
