USA nails

I went in to have an old set removed and a new set put on. Also to get my daughter a full set. They did a terrible job on a simple polish job for my daughter. While I was getting my old acrylic soked off the lady comes up and says they don't have time to do my new set. I said no problem but pointed out the terrible polish job on my daughter's nails. She got rude and very unprofessional. I told her never mind and we will just remove it ourselves. At that point she smeared my daughter's nails, called me mean, and told me to not come back. I thought I was being punked. As if I would come back since they cant do nails and are rude and unprofessional. I politely paid and left. Lesson learned and $30 down the drain. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! After I got home I saw they added a tip to the charge that I DID NOT authorize.

If I could give no stars, I would. Absolutely horrible! Do not go here! You have been warned. They were also rude to my elderly grandmother. The definition of unprofessional! I can't believe they are in business.

hello Reviewer Thao N below. my name is Jason , manager of usa nails, i like to say thank you for the time you 've spent writing review below. however, after my evaluation physically my work as well as every single words you put below, i m still not scarify nor commit with your comments since they are not specific to the facts. examples are; what you mean by supplies are old?(does supply has labels of expiration date that you saw?), i am sure not/ you said never sanitized, that is un-trued because our BASIC tasks are to sanitized after each use. You said we telling the lie.... can you give an examples which you have been experienced? such as what service you get and how much you pay, and so on... All your comments below are not specific that might caused misunderstanding to our loyal customers that we've been earning. Please be clear and more facts if you can. Keep in mind that when the reviews are not specific, we will consider our competitors around town does in purpose. So, please tell us more details if you can. Thank you Thao N.

I don't like this salon.The supplies and instruments that the owners are using on their customers are so dirty,old,reused and never sanitized even though they are earning so much money from their work.Don't believe in what they say.They 're just telling a lie to have money from your pocket.

The salon is friendly, and the owner, Jason, is very patient to explain the services and makes sure you are happy with your choices. He listened to my concerns and was very committed to making my experience a good one. Love my extensions and gel nails!
