My Cleaners

horrible, i had previously been using this cleaners, today, went to retrieve items i left. first, they couldnt find my items yet i was patient. a male older employee asked me to describe my items. i asked arent they numbered by the receipt in a respectful manner. he became disrespectful, told me not to answer that way,and once he found my items after 12 minutes, he dropped one of my items on the ground and left it there. one of the employees there even looked at what he was doing in amazement. he cursed and was very disrespectful towards the customer. he angrily gave me my items free which was the least he could do for the disrespect and dropping and leaving my item on the floor. he sarcastically got on his knees i guess to apologize which was completely unecessary. i had another item to leave but didnt due to the treatment. ill never go there again.
