Scam artist, going to have our Semi truck turned up on the motor and instead of doing what we asked he wanted to hide our emissions for 2500 and then got upset like a child when we said no we just wanted it flashed. Said he won't flash it unless we allow him to do the mechanical work which is 2 $10.00 wires that we can do ourselves and wanting to charge $300 just for the cables. When we asked for a copy of our bill after already paying $80.00 diagnosis his wife I believe said no she was not going to give us one. We did finally get it. There is no shop outside for them to do mechanical work . You see a small shack surrounded by junky rv campers. They are rude and really don't seem to know what they are doing

Those were options John gave your fiance, seeing as your fiance Freeman did not own the truck and would not let John get approval from the truck's owner. The 2 $10 wires are actually $26 each(Caterpillar part 366-9748), and for John to go out and buy them, and then put them in for $248 is a fair price. Without those wires being fixed, the engine's computer would not give it full power, but takes away 10% of the horsepower to protect the engine. Your 475 hp engine becomes a 425 hp engine under those circumstances. Adding hp to a de-rated engine makes absolutely no sense. John does get upset when people want him to fix an engine the wrong way, on a truck they don't own.
