My husband & I went to get our tags renewed @ this office & to pay our taxes. It was before noon and the African American lady name Janice was extremely nice & quick to get us out. She knew her job & were very professional. From now on when I go to get tags I'm going to try & look for her at the desk because she is very good in getting you in & out.

Went to renew my car tag today, thankful for those who do their job quickly and know that time is precious to all of us, that we have somewhere to go, things to do. One person in particular was very helpful, an African-American lady who sits in the main area, I didn't get her name, I really appreciate her help to get it done for me quickly. Thank you! On the other hand, I didn't quite "get" the Caucasian lady who sits in the Treasurer section, who told me to wait for her to call my name while she was talking about lunch, ruptured uterus (just to make my point) and what not. She could have told me what I owed & I could have paid it right then instead of having to wait while she's running her mouth. I'm not impress with her title or what her position is. Just do her job & do it quickly. I work in a Finance Dept. for the #1 soft drink company & I deal with drivers on a daily basis. I check them in & out in less than a minute per driver, because I know they have somewhere to go. I wish this lady would get her priority straight and be thankful that she has a job!
