Ok, so I received a tour today and this is what I summed up,

Pros: pretty large cardio room with plenty of machines, I think even during peak hours, you could hop on a machine of your choice.
Large weight room as well with a pretty wide variety of different types of machines, and free weights. They have a little section for Olympic lifts as well, i.e. cleans, deadlifts. Machines look like they're from this decade (appear newer). $10/ month after a $60 joining fee, free coffee. A huge plus was the size of both cardio and weight room, I don't like for a gym to be too intimate and personal. I enjoy my space. Restrooms are large and free toiletries. 24/7 starting Mon@5a.m. - Fri@10p.m.

Cons: Being on JFK Blvd, a busy street, I could definitely see it still becoming very busy during peak hours. Shared parking lot, which could potentially be a parking problem, not 24/7 all week long: 8a.m.-8p.m. sat&sun.

Other than that, decent gym for a decent price. I'm going to join this gym. Will update post.

why pay more then $10.00?
