        at&t Lankershim blvd

        We walked in and within about 1 minute a man asked us our name. We were put on a list

        (waiting list) and didn't have a chance to look at the phones before our name was called.

        David (black,as there are 2) was very helpful and knowledgable about the phones we asked him about.

        He also,in helping us decide,kept saying "what ever works best for YOU" no pressure!

        That's a first. He is actually the best salesman I have ever encountered and he ment

        waht he said. I have been back a few times and have always had him answer my questions without any pressure for me to make a decision.

        I would feel comfortable recommending this store to anyone interested in using AT&T

        for their cell phone company.

        HORRIBLE

        went in here waited for a while and the people just did not know what they were selling.. went down the road to victory and laurel cyn and found people to be much more friendlier and knowledable... do no recommend
