We hired Norman Hill from Land Planning Inc for a kitchen project. He requested a check as we met him, before doing anything, which was weird but we did pay him. He came in and gave us all the advice we needed and told us he would email us a report and recommend different companies to do the different jobs for our kitchen project. Days went by and nothing. No report and no recommendations. After a couple of days, he emailed us that he needed a building permit, which I emailed him right away. He didn't need a permit to cash the check:) But still no report came and after a few emails back and forth, he declared that he is removing himself from the job. Never saw a report nor an email back. Stay away from Land Planning Inc. So disappointing!

Very friendly staff. They were able to survey my lot and finish all the plans within a week. Quick to respond to calls and emails and quoted me at a fair price. Couldn't be happier.
