I just called for rate and availability information thinking this was a legitimate business but the lady who answered the phone was perhaps the Least professional person I have ever spoken with! I asked about viewing whatever unit or units were available before committing to rent and was told "I don't have time for that". OMG- REALLY?? That speaks volumes to the quality (or lack thereof) of their facilities if they aren't proud enough of their property to show prospective customers the accommodations. Unbelievable!

Be very careful here. They act like your friend and lie. They break their own rules. DO NOT HAVE MAIL DELIVERY THERE! There is no mail security and your mail is stolen. When you leave they keep your mail. Ann is sweet, but either she's forgetful or not used to dealing with honest people. The night management, threatens and reminds you he has keys to your unit. There is a lot of alcohol and drugs. Ann is made a fool of my the night people.

In response to Brandon Talbot:

Mr. Talbot is a Guest that we are not extending his stay and he is very upset. He has a right to his opinion and a right to review our property in whatever way he sees fit, but he does not have a right to the facts regarding the Sunny Court.

The Sunny Court is a weekly rental facility. We do not offer monthly rentals and are not licensed to do so. We do not offer daily rentals or year leases. Mr. Talbot paid as a weekly transient guest as do all of our guests. Mr. Talbot enjoyed paying as a weekly, transient Guest and if he wanted to find a property as a yearly leased "Tenant" then there are other establishments that offer that.

We make each applicant for our units fill out a Guest Application and each and every Guest has gone through a criminal background check. We deny any applicant with drug, prostitution or violent crime arrests within the past 5 years and deny any felony drug, prostitution or violent crime arrests within the past 7 years. The safety of our property and other Guests are important to us.

The Sunny Court has a set of rules and regulations that cite Florida Statutes. Each and every applicant is explained our rules and regulations BEFORE their application is accepted and BEFORE renting a weekly unit. They are explained that any violation of our rules and regulations will result in us not extending their stay, regardless of their payment history. The safety, well being and happiness of our Guests are more important than people willing to pay on time and break our rules.

The Sunny Court has an in office work order maintenance policy. When any maintenance issues arrive our Guests come into the office and fill out a "Work Order" IN WRITING, which they receive a copy of and is immediately forwarded to our maintenance staff for scheduling. At this time there are NO PENDING WORK ORDERS FROM MR TALBOT'S UNIT.

We are sorry that Mr Talbot did not enjoy his time as a Guest at our unit and gave him more than the required notice that his stay would not be extended. For anyone that has ANY questions for us please feel free to email us at SunnyCourtMotel@gmail.com

Crooks, as soon as Anne the Manager or Victor decide they don't like you they will try to illegally throw you out. I have rented for alomost 9 months without missing one payment. As soon as I started having maintenance issues and my place began to fall apart and asked for repairs I was served a notice. They abuse Florida's 509.12 statue to avoid having to give you the proper due process under the Tennant-Landlord Laws. This is a way for them to avoid the eviction process, which is horrible when you are a good tenant. They call it "Transient" living and not one person I have met in my trailer court is a vacationer. BEWARE and don't get screwed like me. F.Y.I. the Sheriff's department is not too found of the company's abuse of the statue and have considered me non-transient and will not be letting them abuse the law as I have lived here for this long and yet to cause a single problem or miss one payment. We had to relocate due to our previous residence being sold and needed something fast. Watch out for any "Cheap Rent Inc." owned property. Protect yourself and document everything. I have a agreement we singed back in July 2014 but they changed the date to 1 week before they decided to pull this, did it in there own handwriting as well. Also take notice as they are now painting over anything on their sign's that say "Monthly" as they know they have been abusing the law.

slum

This is a drug infested and roach infested place. I am a single woman that needed a place to stay. I have been here since February waiting for my place to be ready to move into. I was told by Ann, the manager, today (as I paid my rent for 2 weeks) that if I cannot deal with the roaches then maybe I need to find another place to live!!! Nothing like good customer service!!! This place gets ZERO STARS!!! I only selected 1 star because I had to to continue!!!

A slum Drug infested Hotel!!...

A slum Drug infested Hotel!! Over Priced and tons of drugs!! 710.00 a month all utilties included you can pretty much do as you like. I lived there for 3 weeks, my husband 5 months, I have seen what goes on at this hotel. No stars from a very upset patron. Hopefully the county will step in and fix this burden since the ownership can not. I give one star for Anne, the prop. manager.
