Just moved to the area and was recommended to the RFS by a co-worker.  Aaron was very patient and knowledgeable.  I told him what I was looking for and he provided several different options through various catalogs.  Throughout the order and delivery, he was on top of it.  I was also impressed by the efficiency and professionalism of the delivery team who set up the furniture.  I will definitely do business with Aaron again.   You can expect great service and competitive pricing

On august 13th, 2016, my wife and I, purchased a lovely sectional couch and a full size mattress for our daughter. We wanted the sectional couch and mattress before our house warming event. They told us they would try their very best to help us. Our event was two weeks away from the purchase date. We received majority of the sectional couch except for one piece the day before our event. We then got the last part of the sectional couch a week later and still no mattress. From the day we put in the order for the furniture, we was told, that they had the mattress in stock but had to order the sectional couch. We called them numerous times and felt like they were screening the calls (not answering and sending us to voicemail). We would leave messages and not get a call back. On the last call I made to the store the salesman we made the original deal with promised we would have our mattress at the latest sept 16th, 2016. Still to this date I never received my mattress.

I am late in submitting this review but Richmond Furniture Showroom is our go to furniture store! They have a great selection but if there is something that you already have in mind and they don't have it in their showroom chances are they can order it for you and in most cases probably even beat the competitors price! Be sure to work with Aaron (the manager) he went above and beyond!! He even assisted with delivery and set up of our beautiful and heavy furniture. What other manager does that? Thanks again Aaron!

Richmond Furniture Showroom is an absolute pleasure to work with. The staff is professional, knowledgable, and very friendly. They work with you to provide quality furniture at an affordable price! Without a doubt we are Richmond Showroom customers for life!

My wife and I purchased a new couch back in the spring. The staff was very helpful, not pushy and got us a couch at the fraction of the cost for the same couch at Ashley Furniture. Unfortunately a few months later, the couch developed a tear in the seam. Ashley did not want to cover it under warranty, but Aaron and his staff took care of it. There appeared to be a lot of back and forth with Ashley, but Aaron took care of it, under warranty, and the couch is as good as new. Thanks for all of their help and would recommend them to anyone in the market for new furniture.

I called Aaron, he immediately gave superb customer service.... got the defected item picked up and delivered a replacement without hesitation. Within a few short days he had corrected my issue. We started off our day driving around big store names like Ashley and others. Each one of these big stores wanted an arm and a leg for a simple couch and recliner. We stumbled across Richmond Furniture Showroom, long and behold Aaron set us up with exactly what we wanted, the same couch and recliner, for a much better price! Very family oriented business and great to deal with. We will always come back to Aaron and his store!

Richmond Furniture Showroom is awesome! They have great customer service and offer a variety of name brands. The manager and sales team are very friendly and willing to work with you to get the best deal. Their prices can't be beat! I just made another order this weekend and saved a lot compared to prices at other stores that offered the same pieces. I will always shop here for furniture! Richmond Furniture Showroom stands head and shoulders above any other furniture store in the area. From the first time my wife and I walked in, and met Aaron and Mashka, we were met with a low pressure, high customer service environment. These two absolutely know how to take care of you, whether you walk into the store knowing exactly what furniture piece(s) you're looking for or if you have no clue.



At first look, the showroom may seem a little small, but don't let that fool you. The pieces that are on the floor are top notch, but if you have something else that you want from one of the bigger companies, they can probably find it for you and they can beat the price. When I came to them with an item number for a set from another store, they ordered the set for me, beat the other company's lowest price offer by several hundred dollars, delivered it for free, and delivered it in about half of the 6-8 week time frame that the other company offered.



From now on, my wife and I will be purchasing all of our furniture the Richmond Furniture Showroom!

I bought my dining room table in 2013. I actually ordered it from a catalog, which I do not make a habit of - lol. The table was exactly what I was expecting and I was very pleased. I then returned in May 2015 because I was moving. Aaron was so helpful and spent alot of time with me in finding what I was looking for. He was true to his word by beating anyone else's price, delivery was prompt and I have been very pleased with my experience !!! You really cannot beat Furniture Showroom !!!

Just made our first purchase from Richmond Furniture Showroom and had it delivered. Chris and his team could not have been easier to work with and flexible with our delivery date. Go to one of the big box stores to pick out what you want, then go see Chris and see what price he can give you. He beat Ashley's price by several hundred dollars without knowing what I was quoted and there was zero haggling. Will definitely be back.

April 19th. They made sure they took my $800 right away though! I cant even give this place 1 star!
