Communication with management is terrible. No updates on my children’s first week because of the app parents can download was “down”. Double charged me for registration fees and still a week later, no one will email me back about it. My daughters teachers were great from my impression the 3 days she went there before I took her out. Just be aware, the teachers you drop them off with probably won’t be the teachers you pick them up from later on. Caregiver in infant room did not have the patience to deal with a crying baby. Some employees had obvious attitudes. Definitely unorganized. First time sending my kids to a daycare and it was a bad experience. It shouldn’t be that way when we are trusting others to care for our children while we work to provide for them.
