Well all of the reviews are correct about his customer service and personality. However I am reading other reviews out there and it’s true. Something happened that I want to share. I gave Jerome an huge project of the air duct work and thought I got a decent deal. He fix other air work around the house. Now I am trying to reach him so hopefully he reads this and come finish replacing my air duct work. You know that I paid you for the work and you only removed partial. You won’t return phone calls and it’s not fair to give black owned business your bid for the job if they can not come through. Jerome this is sad and I am very disappointed in you I really am. I can’t find your license number either

Great pricing even better service they will go out of their way to make you happy. I never take the time to write these reviews but the over all honesty, speed,craftsmanship and delivery of promises made and exceed left me no choice.

I Called him at the last minute and was expecting him to say that he wouldn't be able to come out. He was there in less than an hour fixed the leak and i enjoyed the rest of the day in a cool home. He made my day. I will definitely be calling him again for all my ac services

He came and did a wonderful job and when he was finished he referred me to angle's list and by referring me to angle's list i have an outlet to other contractors like him. Thanks, he is my a/c guy

about six months ago my elderly parents central unit went out so they called a hvac co. to come out and look at the unit they were told that they needed a new unit when they called and told me i suggested they get a second opinion so i went to yp.com and looked up some companys and decided on wright-street hvac they came out the next day and told us what the 'REAL' problem was fixed the unit and saved my parents thousands of dollars thanks for the honesty and good customer service...ps the unit is still working prefectly

Jerome installed my new air conditioner split system on time and with a great price, he has done other service calls for me and been on time, thanks

He came out today (11/27/10) and found that i had a faulty part on my heater / ac unit and went back to his shop to see if he had one so i wouldnt freeze tonight and low and behold , (he had one ). He was very prompt and professional and i am very happy with this company and would recommend to all my friends and family. Thanks so so much Jerome and many blessings to you and your company.

Those guys came out and did a great professional job and I was very pleased with the price. They do quality work and guarantee everything. I WILL be calling them for all my heating and ac needs in the future.
