Not even worth 1/2 a star. Ms. Gloria ran this place far better before this Tiffany chick came in. Residents never get notified of health issues with the pool. Residents did have to notify DHEC for health hazards and this new management don't fix nothing right or in a timely manner in the apartment. Residents complaints are never heard. They tell you to write a letter to a PO Box that goes back to them not to the property owner. WEDGEWOOD NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT OR NEED TO BRING BACK MS GLORIA!! I agree with the other comment AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Neighborhood declined since new AMCS Management Take-over. Roach and Pest infestation, nasty carpets, got asthma?--live here and you'll be in and out the emergency room...Tiffany Bryant, the Property Manager doesn't have one customer service bone in her body after you become a resident. DHEC has an open claim on the pool and AMCS does not care about complaints. Residents are moving out. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
