        The marketing girl I talked to at ERS was so understanding. She came out to look at my house after the fire when I was so upset to see what we could save and took my laptop with her that day. They came back out and pick up the job a couple days later when I could be there, and when they came, they had my laptop already cleaned up and working again! I was able to take it with me to the hotel so I didn't have to be disconnected at all. That girl is a saint! Thanks a ton, hon, and God Bless.
