3 years ago I had to get stitches, I also got a tetanus shot at this location. Now I am applying for school and I need proof of a tetanus shot. I called here and spoke with 4 people, they cannot find any record of the shot being given to me. Although, they have record of charging me for it. I spoke with Denise regarding a refund, since it was their error and they cannot provide me with the proof I need. She told me she couldn't help me, but she would have her supervisor Jessica call me.... shockingly nobody has contacted me. So now I have to go get another tetanus shot, and I am not getting a refund, or even the bare minimum courtesy of a phone call back from this place. I do not recommend coming here, since they obviously cannot keep records or have any type of customer service.

Overall
I had injured my back working ...

I had injured my back working out in the yard. I had horrible muscle spasms and thought I was going to have to go to the emergency room. Lucky for me I stopped here first. The staff was so nice. They offered me drinks and popcorn. I was in and out faster than I thought possible. On top of it all, the treatment helped so much, my back feels great. It was a great experience and I will definitely go back again. Thank you Nason Medical Center!

This was absolutely and def...

This was absolutely and definitely the WORST experience I have ever had in the health care industry. I visited Nason's with a visibly swollen foot and presented with very high blood pressure. I was quickly dismissed when my x-ray was negative for a break or fracture and, although the person who took my blood pressure felt that it warranted a second look, that never occurred, even after I specifically asked about it. Also, I was NEVER seen by an actual doctor and when I questioned this practice, my concern was completely disregarded. In addition, my debit card was charged twice in error and it took over one week for me to recover the money. Finally, although I expressed ALL of this to Nason's management team, I never so much as received a simple apology. I did, however, receive a one-sentence response in an email explaining that they felt my course of treatment was appropriate. I guess notably high blood pressure doesn't mean much to Nason's. For a company that advertises excellent customer service, I was extremely disappointed and would highly recommend anyone wishing to visit Nason's Medical, GO TO THE HOSPITAL!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for the help

Thanks for taking care of my child today. He was so nervous after he fell and split open his head. It was nice to be brought straight to a room and then have the doctor close the wound immediately. I'm glad there are alternatives to going to the ER. Thanks again.

Misdiagnosed and Ignored

My daughter was diagnosed with a "common skin rash" which wasn't contagious. Needless to say it turned out it was ringworm, and our whole family got it because we didn't take the proper precautions right away. Tried to call them to see if they would rectify the situation. No chance. General manager wouldn't even return out calls. Spend a little more and go to a real doctor, you'll have to anyway if you go to Nason.
