Karen's Customizing Inc

I operate a small limousine service here in Charleston, and have had to get repairs and upgrades done on several occasions. My experience at several of the bigger upholstery shops in the area left me feeling less than appreciated, and in the case of BB, downright insulted. Customer service seems to have fallen by the wayside in many of todays service industries. Karen's was much different. Not only did the shop owner stop doing what she was working on and come out to greet me, but I could tell right away by the questions and her inspection of the work I needed done that she was an experienced professional. I was pleasantly surprised at the estimate in not only the VERY reasonable cost, but that the work would be done in two days! (The other shops said I would have to leave the vehicle there and they would get to it within a week to ten days.)
