Good Faith Mortgage

We used Good Faith when we initially purchased our home. While we had some complaints we wrote it off to home closing craziness. With the recession, we decided to attempt to refinance our home with the hopes of shaving a hundred or so off our monthly expenses.



We've had more than our fair share of problems, and I explained that I would understand if they could not help us. We just wanted to give it a shot.



We received a couple of calls, with the promise that "we're still working on it," but it has been several weeks since our last communication from them. It is obvious that they cannot help us, but it seems that they would at least have the courtesty to call and tell us that.



Nonetheless, once we do have our affairs back in order, you can rest assured it will not be Good Faith Mortgage that we call for assistance with our next refinance.
