Our 2 offices (Charleston and Los Angeles) work as one using a shared network and live video links. Having coverage on both coasts also allows us to extend our day and be available for our clients. Our staff is truly diverse in talent, age, vision, accomplishments, and background. This rare combination of wisdom and wide-eyed excitement makes us unique in a crowded market. Each staff member is an owner of the company and shares in our success. Our CEO believes that ownership, feeling valued, freedom, and having a personal stake in our success brings about a solid dedication to our work and our clients. The company operates without an oppressive tiered hierarchy of managers. We have no sick or vacations days. Each staff member has control of their own destiny, work load, and decides how to manage it. Counting days off is a waste of time. We manage by results and nothing else. A structured 40 hour work week doesn't exist. Get your work done and take time off as you see fit. Sounds crazy but it works and keeps the creative types happy! Credit our rigorous hiring methods and only hiring free thinkers that can self manage. There are also no private offices. Instead, to facilitate communication and knowledge transfer, we have wide open shared spaces. Our open and free environment fosters creativity at all levels. Our intellectual capital is our greatest asset.
