Big Billy's Burger Joint

I've been to this place multiple time and have never had an issue.The waitstaff was great and and the food was really good. Everyone is so friendly and I will keep coming back. By the way, try their spiked milkshakes. They are awesome! Kinda small, but awesome!

FYI we usually go earlier rather than for dinner so I can't speak for the afternoon shift.

I went on a Friday after work food was below average got seated by bar service was poor and slow. Had a group of drunks at the bar so waisted one was grabbing his genitals and all were loud and cursing we complained to the manager figure she would have done somthing nope the bartender kept serving the shots. waitress aS not friendly. We won't be back ever.

Seated at a booth, waitress stated there wasn't a happy hour, took 25 min for fried pickle appetizer, friends called and we were going to have more than previously thought. The waitress very nicely found us a large table in the bar then stated there was a happy hour in the bar area and the pickles would be half off. The new waitress completely forgot an order as we received all the other food, she said it wouldn't take long. 10 minutes later she comes out with a plain burger and jalapeños, you would think a burger joint could get burgers straight from the menu correct. Another 5 minutes comes the correct order. Everyone had finished already so this person was not happy to eat alone. Food was okay, my water glass was empty for 20 minutes I had to ask her twice then she came back because she forgot what was asked. When we received the check nothing was discounted not even the pickles, we paid and left. Needless to say we shall not return. never busy or full. I might add we only made the 8th table in the place,they weren't busy.
