Spectrum Orthopaedics

Been going to dr Coss about ten years, finally had a knee replaced. No complaints.

I would recommend Spectrum Ortho to anyone. Dr. Lykins is my doctor and he is excellent. I had a hip and both knees replaced by him, and all were successful and recovery was short term. Very pleased with girls up front, and his nurses are just great.

Sent a bill to the wrong address!!!!!! Never once, has anyone from Spectrum tried to call (they have two different numbers in which to reach me directly). I see a credit alert that something was placed for collections. My insurance had already sent a huge bill (for just having my knee looked at). Paid it, simple, right?? These morons had not received any payment (because I didn't know I owed them) I saw the alert, I contacted them immediately and paid it. So simple guys. Get your stuff together and place a phone call. Now you collect less money because the collection agency will receive their portion (and they did nothing). How much does this lazy policy cost you a year? I'm sure you don't care because you bill insurance astronomical amounts of money to make up for it-causing health insurance rates to sky rocket. What a scam.

WARNING***This place is a joke!!!Dr.Stefanko& his nurses DO NOT care about the people they see!,If you end up needing a surgery and insurance gives any kind of problem, forget it SPECTRUMS employees do not care about helping,they rather call the police on you then try to fix ur pain,ain't that rite Megan...DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE***

Didn't do anything to set me up for surgery because I was uninsured but had no problem taking the $100 I had just for them to tell me I needed surgery and gave me two other doctor referals that required an even larger self pay service, thanks for nothing spectrum orthaepedics

Was referred there by mercy medical for my broken finger, put down $100 for self pay, just to get told I need a hand surgeon and referred me to other places that told me spectrum should have taken care of a hand surgeon for me, & have pretty much been getting the runaround for the past few days and it's almost past the point my hand can be operated on, was wrong to go and see them

Dr.Reister is a fine surgeon and I have no complaints about him at all

That being said it's taking the billing dept.over 3 months and counting to refund me an over payment of only $17.99.

The amount is small but to me the principle of it is large.If I was late in paying them by 90 days I'm sure I would be getting a collection letter.
