        Supreme Seafood was built and opened in 1989 by Vinny Caprio and Ralph Amendola. 35 years later it was purchased by three friends and restaurant professionals who were looking to start a restaurant group while utilizing all the knowledge they had gained in the combined 70+ years of their restaurant and hospitality careers. We use only the highest quality seafood being delivered fresh every day in all our menu items. As food lovers and chefs ourselves, we believe in providing the best food and service to all our customers. In addition to what we offer on-site at our location in North Branford, CT we also offer party platters, off-site catering and private party menus.
