Rainbow Day Care Inc

I was dropping my child off at this daycare and witnessed an employee texting while driving off the premises. Dont know how many children was in the van but I know the employee is still working there. Last time I was watching television it said you are 23 times more likely to get into an accident texting while driving. Wouldn't recommend my children riding with this employee. I also saw this same employee with her pant legs pulled up her very fat legs exposing tattoos to a group of young kids. I was very disappointed with this employee. Given the fact she still works there I only wonder what else goes on when parents aren't around. On the other hand I do know that there are several great teachers there. My children tell me that Yvonne, Kathy, Amber, Brooke, Carmen, Kelly and Missy (I believe she is the director)were very nice and considerate and work very well with the children. And that they take time with each child in their care.The other employees seem distracted and uninterested in their classes. My son has told me that Ashley curses at certain kids and teaches no discipline at all. He also told me when the boss leaves she spends a lot of time on her cell phone. And not spending time with her class. Being a cash paying parent I expect more than that. I sense an attitude from a few employees that have not been mentioned. Overall this is a good, clean daycare. I just think that there are 2 or 3 employees that could put a better effort in their communication with kids, parents, and employees they work with. I only say this because I have picked my kids up and listened to arguments between certain employees. As I said before. Good daycare. Clean daycare. Just have noticed some things that I would not tolerate if it was my company. I understand that watching lots of kids is a stressful job but a smile at the end of the day can make a difference in whether my 3 kids will be there this summer. And texting while driving would be an unexusable action. Remember our kids lives are in their hands while they are driving them around. But apparently so are their cell phones.
